Collegeboard에서 올해 2021 AP 시험 일정을 공개했습니다.
올 봄에 치러지는 AP 시험은 5월 초에서 6월 중순까지 총 3차로 나눠 Paper and Pencil Testing과 Digital Exam을 병행하여 진행한다고 하였습니다.
Collegeboard 홈페이지에서 발표한 내용을 밑에 옮겨와봤습니다.
AP Exams, Administration 1
In Administration 1, all exams are full-length traditional format, administered in school.
1차 시험: May 3 - 17, 2021 1차 시험에서는 Digital Exam이 없고 다른 해와 똑같은 방식의 full-length paper-and-pencil exam으로만 치러집니다. 컴퓨터를 이용하여 치러지는 중국어와 일본어의 경우도 예외없이 학교에서만 치러져야 합니다.
AP Exams, Administration 2
In Administration 2, half of the subjects are full-length traditional format, administered in school, and half are full-length digital, administered in school or taken at home.
2차 시험: May 18 - 28, 2021 2차 시험에서는 학교에서 치르는 full-length paper-and-pencil exam과 학교와 집에서 치를 수 있는 full-length Digital Exam이 병행됩니다.
AP Exams, Administration 3
In Administration 3, most subjects are full-length digital, administered in school or taken at home; nine subjects remain full-length traditional format, administered in school.
3차 시험: June1 - 11, 2021 3차 시험에서는 9 개의 과목(French, German, Italian, and Spanish Language and Culture; Chinese and Japanese Language and Culture computer-based exams, Latin, Music Theory, and Spanish Literature and Culture)을 제외한 대부분의 과목이 full-length Digital Exam으로 치러집니다.
Schools make all decisions about which exams are offered. Students won’t be able to choose exam dates on their own. Beginning in early March, AP coordinators will be able to assign students to Administration 2 and/or 3 exams, if needed.
각 학교에서 시험들에 관한 모든 결정을 내립니다. 학생들은 학생 자신이 원하는 시험 날짜를 선택할 수 없습니다. 3월 초, 필요한 경우 AP 코디네이터들은 2 차 또는 3차의 시험에 학생들을 배정할 수 있습니다.
Paper and pencil AP Exams will still be given. In Administration 1, traditional paper and pencil AP Exams and Chinese and Japanese exams will be administered in school. In Administration 2 and 3, traditional exams are given for some subjects, including nine subjects (French, German, Italian, and Spanish Language and Culture; Chinese and Japanese Language and Culture computer-based exams, Latin, Music Theory, and Spanish Literature and Culture) that can only be administered in a proctored school setting.
종이와 연필을 이용한 AP 시험은 계속됩니다. 1차 시험에서는, 여태 봐오던 종이와 연필을 이용한 AP 시험과 중국어, 일본어 시험이 학교에서 시행됩니다. 2차와 3차 시험에서는 시험감독관이 있는 학교에서만 관리할 수 있는 9개 과목(프랑스어, 독일어, 이탈리아어, 스페인어, 중국어 및 일본어 및 문화 컴퓨터 기반 시험, 라틴어, 음악 이론, 스페인어 문학 및 문화)을 포함한 일부 과목에 대한 전통적인 시험이 실시됩니다.
Digital exams will be available for many subjects in Administration 2 and Administration 3. If your school building is closed or you can’t test in person for safety reasons, your school can authorize you to take a digital exam at home.
- Digital exams can be taken on desktop or laptop computers and Chromebooks. Because they require typed free responses, they can’t be taken on smartphones.
- Digital exams start at the same time worldwide. The exam timing is controlled by the exam app, not by you, the AP coordinator, or a proctor.
- You won’t be able to return to questions you’ve answered or move back and forth between questions you haven’t answered.
- If a digital exam is offered, there won’t be a paper and pencil version of the same exam offered in the same administration period.
2차와 3차시험에서는 여러 과목에 대해 디지털 시험을 볼 수 있습니다. 만약 학교가 문을 닫았거나 안전상의 이유로 직접 테스트를 볼 수 없다면, 학교는 학생들이 집에서 디지털 시험을 볼 수 있도록 허가할 수 있습니다.
- 디지털 시험은 데스크탑이나 노트북 컴퓨터와 크롬북에서 볼 수 있다. Free-Response Questions에서 타이핑이 필요하기 때문에 스마트폰으로 시험을 치를 수 없습니다.
- 디지털 시험은 전세계에서 동시에 시작한다. 시험 시간은 학생,이나 AP 코디네이터 또는 프록터가 아닌 시험 앱에 의해 제어됩니다.
- 답변한 질문으로 되돌아가거나 아직 답변하지 않은 질문들 사이를 미리 이동 할 수 없습니다.
- 만약 디지털 시험을 치르게 되면, 같은 시험기간동안 제공되는 동일한 종이와 연필 버전의 시험지는 없습니다.
Digital exams will be full length. The exams will be as long as paper and pencil exams and test the same knowledge and skills. You won’t need to study or prepare differently to be successful on a digital exam. There are minor differences with paper and pencil exams, related to the testing format and exam security. For example, because it’s not feasible to have you draw graphs and figures online this year, for some exams you’ll be asked to answer questions about provided graphs and figures. 디지털 시험은 종이와 연필로 보는 시험과 똑같은 분량의과 제한 시간이 주어집니다. 디지털 시험은 종이와 연필 시험과 같은 분량이고 같은 지식과 기술을 요하는 시험입니다. 디지털 시험을 보기 위해 따로 공부나 준비를 할 필요는 없습니다. 디지털시험 형식과 디지털시험 보안 때문에 종이연필 시험과는 사소한 차이가 있습니다. 예를 들어, 올해 온라인으로 그래프와 그림을 그리는 것은 어렵기 때문에, 일부 시험의 경우 제공된 그래프와 그림에 대한 질문에 답을 해야 합니다. 더 자세한 내용은 Exam Pages on AP Students를 참조하십시오.
If you’re taking digital exams, you’ll need to complete some simple setup steps before exam day. We’ll share more information about this with your school later in the spring.
